Location: New York - Title: Account Manager

Job Description:

As an Account Manager for Web Direct Media, you will be responsible for managing existing company accounts through day-to-day contact with existing clients and work to maximize campaign performance metrics. You will also be responsible for working with new accounts in assisting with the build out of their advertising campaigns. Taking direction from the Director, you will interact with clients and co-workers on a daily basis to achieve organizational goals and your own compensation targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Client Account Executive in the development of new Client Account.
  • Performs daily analysis of key performance metrics.
  • Performs daily optimization of campaigns based on results of key performance metrics.
  • Obtains performance metrics from the client to reconcile delivery and billing on a monthly basis.
  • Liaises with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate campaign launch, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Assists Client Account Executive to evaluate new client offers in conjunction with Campaign Management team.
  • Provides superior customer service to clients.
  • Provides campaign reporting to clients.
  • Performs miscellaneous operation tasks related to lead tracking, billing analysis, and discrepancy tracking.
  • Provides feedback on how to better satisfy client needs.
  • Provides clients weekly feedback of offers available within the network, negotiating placements and payouts
  • Other duties that are within education and experience may be assigned for the betterment of the company.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Account Management or Customer Service experience preferred (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of the internet including Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox
  • Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Must understand media math and online advertising campaign analytics
  • Understanding of Internet technologies with relation to co-registration and interstitial ads: data transfer methods, scrubbing, validation and filtering a PLUS.
  • Strong understanding of general marketing/advertising concepts and methods
  • Strong analytical skills and abilities
  • Basic understanding of Advertising measurements
  • Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written

Location: New York - Title: Application Developer

Job Description:

Web Direct Media is looking for an experienced Developer to join our team. They will be responsible for developing, testing and deploying online solutions to support our various service offerings that include Lead Generation, Database Administration, Search, Data Acquisition and Performance Ad Server for web and mobile. They will follow brand guidelines and best practices. They will work on websites, ad campaigns, and web applications involving design and development as well as support for ongoing site maintenance, updates, or enhancements.

Job Responsibilities:

This role requires strong problem solving, designing, coding and communication skills. You must be able to work independently while being results driven and goal oriented. At Web Direct Media we predominantly use .Net technology and the Microsoft stack but have some Linux solutions.

  • Prospect and generate new cold-call opportunities with online publishers.
  • Contribute to new and existing enterprise level, multi-tiered applications.
  • Work alongside project managers, infrastructure, developers, and architects.
  • Perform maintenance and enhancements on internal applications.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Provide solutions to business issues using internal development standards.
  • Work independently on an assigned task with minimal supervision.

Job Qualifications:

  • Contribute to new and existing enterprise level, multi-tiered applications.
  • 2 – 5 years of web development experience.
  • Experience with the following development environments: Visual Studio 2005, 2008 and 2010 Net Framework 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0.
  • Understanding of HTML, AJAX, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, C#, VB, XML, Web Services, and WCF.
  • Familiarity with these source control software: Team Foundation Server.
  • Experience with N-Tier Development including Presentation, Business Logic, Data Access, ADO Entity Framework, Windows Services.
  • Experience programming and tuning SQL Server 2008R2.
  • Strong knowledge of C# and fundamentals.
  • Experience with unit testing and load testing.
  • Experience with the integration of third party web analytic systems such as Google.
  • Linux, Lua, and Perl a plus

Location: New York - Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for establishing new relationships and managing the day-to-day activities involved with the publisher partners of Web Direct Media's Direct-Path Solution. This position will report to the Director of Business Development and work closely with the Sales team to ensure success for both the publisher and advertiser.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new cold-call opportunities with online publishers.
  • Aggressively negotiate pricing and volume requirements to place the Direct-Path performance ad serving solution with online publishers.
  • Maintain a high-level of communication with publishers, recommend new solutions for publishers and provide performance feedback to advertiser and optimization teams
  • Monitor publisher activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase publisher generated revenues
  • Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns
  • Manage accounts by monitoring lead volume and quality while adhering to client deadlines and delivery schedules
  • Recruit new publishers through research, referrals and other avenues
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth Manage top tier accounts
Job Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree required; Advanced degree or MBA preferred
  • 2+ Years internet advertising experience buying media on a pay-for-performance basis such as CPL and CPA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Understanding of Internet technologies with relation to co-registration and interstitial ads: data transfer methods, scrubbing, validation and filtering a PLUS.
